Processing Time: We appreciate your patience as our team prepares your order. We aim to ship within 1-2 days; orders placed before 12 PM will be dispatched the same day. Shipments occur Monday through Saturday from our Brooklyn, NY studio.

Domestic Shipping: At Capri Swim™, we ensure prompt delivery by shipping all orders via USPS 2-3 Priority & overnight shipping for an additional cost. Should you have any inquiries or require assistance regarding your order, please don't hesitate to contact our dedicated customer service team at customerservice@capriswim.com.

Domestic PO Box: We proudly offer shipping services to all US states and territories, including APO/FPO addresses, as well as select international countries. However, please note that orders destined for PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories are ineligible for expedited shipping. We appreciate your understanding in this matter as we strive to provide the best possible service to all our customers.

International Shipping: Capri Swim™ ships internationally, but please note that international orders are non-returnable. For shipments outside the U.S., additional fees such as taxes, customs duties, and brokerage fees may apply. These Import Fees are the responsibility of the recipient and may include duties, freight, insurance, taxes, brokerage, disbursement, and other charges. If you refuse a shipment or it's undeliverable, you're responsible for the merchandise cost, original shipping fees, Import Fees, and return costs. Returns Policy

Refunds: We do not offer refunds.  If your item arrives faulty or damaged please contact us for an exchange at customerservice@capriswim.com

Damaged or Faulty Products: We apologize for the inconvenience caused by receiving a damaged item. Please send us an email at customerservice@capriswim.com, including your order number and images of the fault. We'll work with you to resolve the issue promptly. However, please note that damaged items beyond the 90-day return period cannot be accepted for return or refunded.

Returning Condition: We do not offer refunds or returns, only exchanges. We gladly accept exchanges within 14 days of shipment and it's subject to stock availability. Items must be unwashed, unworn, with no scents or stains and with original tags/hygiene strips in garment bag provided with order. We do not offer exchanges after 14 days of receipt, but we are happy to create a store credit for the value of the order valid for six months. Handling shipping for the exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. All Shipping costs are non-refundable. Sale Items and Promo Codes: Kindly note that all sale items and items purchased with promo codes are considered final sale.
