Shipping Information
Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders placed before 12 PM EST will be dispatched the same day. Shipping occurs Monday through Saturday from our Brooklyn, NY studio.
Domestic Shipping:
All domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with an estimated delivery time of 2-3 business days. Overnight shipping is available for an additional cost.
PO Box & Military Addresses:
We ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and US territories, but expedited shipping is not available for these destinations.
International Shipping:
Capri Swim™ offers international shipping. Please note:
Non-returnable: All international orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Import Fees: Taxes, customs duties, and brokerage fees may apply and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
- Refused or Undeliverable Shipments: If a shipment is refused or deemed undeliverable, the customer will be responsible for the merchandise cost, original shipping fees, import fees, and return shipping costs.

Returns & Exchanges
Refunds:
Capri Swim™ does not offer refunds. As a brand specializing in custom-made and limited-edition swimwear, each piece is carefully crafted to order with meticulous attention to detail. This ensures the highest quality and exclusivity for our customers. Because of the unique nature of our products and the intimate nature of swimwear, we are unable to accept returns for refunds.
To ensure your satisfaction, we provide detailed size charts, product descriptions, and model information to help you make an informed purchase. If you have any questions about sizing or need assistance before placing your order, our customer service team is here to help at care@capriswim.com.
In the rare event that your item arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to us within 14 days of receipt, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly through an exchange or repair.
Exchanges:
Capri Swim™ does not offer exchanges unless the product is faulty or damaged. Exchanges are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are subject to approval at the discretion of Capri Swim™. To request an exchange, the following conditions must be met:
Faulty or Damaged Products: Clear photos of the issue must be provided.
Condition Requirements:
Items must be unwashed, unworn, and free from scents or stains.
Original tags and hygiene liners must be intact.
Items must be returned in the garment bag provided with the order.
Requests for exchanges must be made within 14 days of shipment. If approved and stock is unavailable, store credit equivalent to the order value may be issued and will remain valid for six months.

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for covering shipping costs for exchanges. All shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Faulty Products:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us at care@capriswim.com within 14 days of receipt, including your order number and images of the issue. We’ll resolve the problem promptly.
Final Sale Policy
All sale items and items purchased with promotional codes are considered final sale. These items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless:
- The item is defective.
- The item does not match its description.
